Description :

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) in partnership with the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and San Antonio Human Resource Management Association, Inc. will again host a free employers’ forum, with 90-minute workshops to assist employers and answer questions regarding workplace laws administered by DOL.

The Forum will be held 8:00 AM to 12:45 PM, September 8, 2006, at the University of Texas at
San Antonio Downtown Campus, Buena Vista Building, 501 West Durango Boulevard, San Antonio,
Texas 78207. Parking will be at Cattleman's Square Lot (free of charge). It has about 170 "student" slots. Please keep in mind classes will be in session. If lot is filled, guests may park in the upper level of the garage. Attached you will find the map of the downtown campus.

Workshops will run concurrently at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Employers interested in attending should complete the attached registration sheet. Participants can attend one workshop per time period. Employers may have more than one representative attend; however, each person must complete a registration form indicating workshop preferences. Admittance is free and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, please send or fax your registration as soon as possible, but no later than August 11, 2006.
