Voting Rights, May Hold Office 3 years at the FSLA exempt level in an HR position, or PHR/SPHR certified, or Faculty Member with 3 or more years as assistant or full professorial rank in HR; or Full-time HR consultant (including attorneys who specialize in HR issues) $100 annually*
Join as General Member
Voting Rights; May Not Hold Office Same eligibility criteria as Professional, but have less than 3 years at the FSLA exempt level in an HR position $100 annually*
Join as Associate Member
No Voting Rights; May Not Hold Office Not exempt, but have a bonafide interest in HR $100 annually*
Join as Student Member
Reduced Dues Amount; No Voting Rights; May Not Hold Office Must be enrolled in 6 credit hours per term in a degree-seeking program. Coursework (taken or planned) must support interest in HR management. Membership expires at end of calendar year (w/60 day grace period), however dues for students are not prorated, regardless of month in which they join the organization. $25 annually
