• SAHRMA allows two (2) Primary Sponsors for each of it's monthly meetings

• Primary Sponsors will be recognizes on the SAHRMA website, in our Monthly Electronic Newsletter and all Weekly Communications to Chapter Members, with a link to their organization website for the month of their Sponsorship

• You’ll also get an electronic advertisement placed in the SAHRMA monthly electronic newsletter, The E-Update, for the month which you are sponsoring. Your ad will also be linked to your company website.

• Your company logo will be listed in the sponsor section of our electronic newsletter, and all weekly communications to chapter members, for eleven (11) months following your sponsorship month.

• SAHRMA’s electronic newsletter, The Update, is distributed directly to over 1600 email recipients.

• Sponsors will receive two (2) sets of mailing labels, which will include all currently active members of SAHRMA, for use in a direct-mail piece. Primary Sponsors will receive their first set of labels when SAHRMA receives full payment securing your sponsorship month. Primary Sponsors will receive their second set of mailing labels on the 1st of the month of their sponsorship month.

• You’ll have access to one (1) six-foot table at the monthly meeting you are sponsoring, for the set-up and display of information about your company. SAHRMA’s monthly meeting is held the second Tuesday of each month.

• Sponsor’s ad, along with the monthly speaker’s announcement, will be displayed on a PowerPoint slide during the networking portion of our monthly meeting.

• Sponsor will receive recognition, at the monthly meeting, by the Chapter President. Sponsor will also get 3 minutes of podium time, during the business portion of the meeting, to address meeting attendees, and inform them about your product and/or service.

• Sponsor receives up to 2 complimentary meals at the meeting

• SAHRMA permits 2 Monthly Meeting Primary Sponsors per Monthly Meeting.

• Meeting Primary Sponsor cost is only $1,000.00. The option to be the "Exclusive Meeting Primary Sponsor" can be purchased for $1,500.00 This option may not be available for every month. Contact sponsor@sahrma.org for details.
