Proven Speaking Ability.

The symposium committee seeks experienced presenters with proven speaking ability. Those with a track record of speaking and performing well at large conferences will be given preference.

Proof of Performance.

Potential Speakers must provide proof of their past experience speaking to large groups.

Proof of experience must be submitted to LeRoy Mills, Speakers Committee Chair, and may be in the form of:

• Lists of speaking engagements - the organizations, purpose, audience, topic
• Evaluations - Evaluations that show your quality ratings and scores from previous speaking engagements. Please include the number of attendees present and define the rating scale.
• Materials may be submitted via web link, email, fax, mail or courier.
  

Speaker Requirements

• Meet all deadlines;
• Maintain the session content, audio/visual needs as originally submitted;
• If unable to present, the original approved speaker must obtain the approval of the Speaker Committee Chair for any substitute speaker;
• Speakers may not add a co-presenter or change the identity or number of presenters without the approval of the Speaker Committee Chair;
• Speaker will submit electronic files of the handouts by the date and in the format requested;
• Speakers must honor their commitment to provide education by not showcasing or promoting the speaker's practice, services or products
  

Handouts

• The symposium will not provide hard copies of handouts. They will be made available on-line to symposium participants. Speakers are responsible to make their own copies if they wish to provide hard copies of their handouts.

In return, we will:

• Provide you a complimentary registration for the symposium.
• Provide you with valuable professional exposure.
• Provide you with your evaluation scores after the symposium.
