Primary Sponsors for General Monthly Meetings: $1,000

Sponsor Application

SAHRMA offers a total of two Primary Sponsorships for each of our general monthly meetings.  Each primary sponsor will receive the following:

• (1) six-foot table at the monthly meeting you are sponsoring for the set-up and display of information about your company and for visiting with attendees;
• Recognition at the monthly meeting by the Chapter President;
• (3) Minutes of podium time during the business portion of the meeting to address meeting attendees and inform them about your product and/or service;
• Display of your company logo with a link to your website via:
• On the SAHRMA Website for the month of the meeting;
• On the meeting slides during the networking portion of the luncheon (140+ attendees on average);
• On all e-blasts and electronic newsletter for the month of the meeting (700+ Subscribers);

• SAHRMA will permit the one-time mailing of one advertisement or promotional brochure to our members. Sponsor must provide the mailers to the PR and Marketing Director with postage adhered to the mailer. SAHRMA will then label the mailers and deposit them in the mail within 5 business days of receipt of the postage-paid mailers from the Primary Sponsor and
• Up to 2 complimentary meals at the luncheon meeting.
