  • Dr. Rene Olvera, Chief Medical Officer, UT Health School of Medicine to discuss mental illness, its variations, manifestations, and prognoses.
  • Dan Ferris, Assistant Dean of Policy Initiatives, Brown School at Washington University St. Louis, speaking on his article, What has economics got to do with it? The impact of socioeconomic factors on mental health and the case for collective action.
  • Gilbert Gonzales, Director, Mental Health at Bexar County discussing community mental health services and community behavioral health initiatives.
  • Ruby Suresh, Mental Health Diplomate, Johnson & Johnson., discussing the success of the Johnson & Johnson Diplomat program. Johnson & Johnson was named one of the 2018 Best Places to Work for People with Disabilities by the U.S. Business Leadership Network and the American Association for People with Disabilities, and received recognition based on a score of 90% on the Disability Equality Index, which rates companies based on their commitment to creating and implementing inclusive policies.
